日本高校体験留学プログラム Academic Year in JAPAN | 青少年異文化交流推進協会(IYEO)ホームページ

日本語習得のための留学ではなく、異文化体験、異文化交流を目的とした日本高校体験留学プログラムです。日本でのごく一般的な家庭、高校、社会生活を体験することを通して、より現実的な相互理解を促そうというものです。この留学制度では、日本国出入国管理及び難民認定法が定める日本国留学ビザを取得し、その滞在期間はプログラム基づく期間に限定されます。本プログラム参加者は、受入れに賛同いただいた日本国内の高校で、当協会(IYEO)・就学高校の定めたルールに従い、基本的には日本人一般生徒と一緒に通常の授業を受けます。日本国内の高校では、外国人留学生としての特別なはからい(日本語補修クラス)はないことを前提としており、就学期間中の滞在先は当協会(IYEO)・就学高校に手配いただいたホストファミリー宅または就学高校に併設された学生寮となります。
This Japan High School Experience Program focuses on intercultural experiences and exchange, rather than Japanese language acquisition. It aims to foster realistic mutual understanding by providing participants with firsthand experience of typical Japanese family life, high school, and social interactions. Participants will obtain a Japan student visa as stipulated by Japan’s Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, with their stay limited to the program duration. At accepting Japanese high schools, students will generally attend regular classes with Japanese students, following the rules of IYEO and the host school. It is important to note that Japanese high schools typically do not offer special provisions for international students, such as Japanese language support. Accommodation during the program will be arranged by IYEO and the host high school, either with a host family or in a dormitory associated with the school.
