広島にある当協会(IYEO)本部が日本側のプログラム本部です。そして就学地にある当協会(IYEO)各地担当デスクに常駐するスタッフが、
就学地の担当者としてプログラム開始直前の日本国内オリエンテーション、プログラム期間中のサポート、そして出身国担当窓口や保護者との連絡にあたります。
当協会(IYEO)各地担当デスクは、就学校所在の近隣に位置しているため、迅速な対応が可能です。
緊急事態発生時には、当協会(IYEO)本部を海外に対しての主たる窓口とし、
必要に応じて日本国内各種公的機関や当協会(IYEO)加盟の一般社団法人海外留学協議会(JAOS)、
あるいは民間の危機管理専門機関等の協力支援を受け、
当協会(IYEO)各地担当デスク、参加者本人、ホストファミリー、就学校とともにすみやかに事態の収拾に努めます。
なお、本プログラム参加者全員に、プログラム参加にあたり海外旅行保険への加入を義務付けています。
The IYEO Headquarters in Hiroshima serves as the central Program Headquarters in Japan. Our dedicated staff at local IYEO offices, situated near the host schools, act as your on-the-ground support. They conduct the pre-program orientation in Japan, provide ongoing support during your stay, and maintain close communication with our overseas partners and your parents.
With local IYEO offices located conveniently close to the schools, we ensure a rapid response whenever needed. In case of an emergency, the IYEO Headquarters will be your primary international contact. We are prepared to handle any situation swiftly and effectively, working closely with relevant Japanese authorities, the Japan Association of Overseas Studies (JAOS – an IYEO member), and specialized crisis management organizations, alongside our local offices, you, your host family, and the school.
Please note: All program participants are required to have overseas travel insurance for the duration of their stay.
