What We Ask of Our Partner High Schools
・ 留学生受け入れ許可を記した書類の作成にご協力ください。(書類自体は当協会(IYEO)が用意いたします。）
Documentation: Please cooperate with us to complete the necessary documentation granting permission to
host the student. (Our association, IYEO, will prepare the documents for your review.)
・ 原則的にボランティアで留学生の受け入れをお願いいたします。
Volunteer Basis: We ask that the acceptance of exchange students be done on a volunteer basis, in
principle.
・ 就学中に要する費用(例：制服代、教科書代、通学費用、昼食代など)は留学生負担としておりますので、
あくまで基本的な費用(例：授業料)を無償で提供して頂けるようお願いいたします。
Fee Structure: While the exchange student is responsible for all living and miscellaneous expenses incurred
during their stay (e.g., uniform fees, textbooks, commuting costs, lunch), we ask that your school provide
the basic educational fees(e.g., tuition) free of charge.
・ 留学生が日常生活を送る滞在先となるホストファミリー募集へのご協力を在校生にお願いいたします。
Host Family Recruitment: We ask for your cooperation in appealing to current students to help recruit
host families, who will provide the student’s daily accommodation.
